Nashville is home to a full-size replica of the Athenian Parthenon, complete with a magnificent 42-foot statue of Athena Parthenos by artist Alan LeQuire. These brass rings can be seen on the exterior doors, which are 24 feet tall, one foot thick, and way 7.5 tons each.

Active through the 1930s, the church has been unused and vacant since about 1960. Vandals destroyed the windows in 2006.

The remains of the church stand on the western edge of the Llano Estacado surrounded by caprock formations. Active into the 1930s, the church sat vacant since 1960. In 2006 vandals broke out doors and windows leaving the structure in ruins.
