Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your photograph. If you want to send it back to us, we will refund your full purchase price (once it has been returned in original condition). The cost of return shipping with adequate insurance must be paid by the customer.

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt if you intend to return your photograph. If 30 days have lapsed since receipt of your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your photograph must arrive back to us in the same condition that you received it. It should be returned in the original or equivalent packaging.

Any photograph that is returned with damage cannot be refunded. Please be sure the return package is adequately insured.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your returned photograph in good condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as refund or as a credit  applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, send it to the address on your original packaging or contact us for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
