The movie marks the first time Keith Dotson photographs are seen on the big screen
Two companion nature photographs of leaves covered in rain drops can now be seen as wall art in the Bryan Cranston / James Franco holiday movie "Why Him?"
The photographs appear prominently near the end of the movie, framed side-by-side on the wall of the dining room in the Fleming family home in Michigan. The photos share a significant amount of screen time with several of the major stars, including Franco and Cranston, as well as members of the band KISS and Cedric the Entertainer.

While Dotson's photographs have appeared in numerous TV shows and commercials, this is the first major motion picture in which his work has appeared on screen. His work had been licensed by Whitney Houston's last film, "Sparkle," (2012) but the photograph didn't made the final cut. On TV, Dotson's work has appeared as set decor on "Grey's Anatomy," "Melissa and Joey," and many other programs.
