In the age of digital photography and online photo labs, it's rare these days for Keith to release new prints from his own personal darkroom. In fact, most of Keith's photographs are open edition, but this is a special photograph that he wanted to give special treatment.
These are hand-printed gelatin silver photographs on delicious, silky smooth Ilford Multigrade FB Classic Matte double-weight fiber based paper. This is a matte darkroom paper with no gloss, but a silky smooth surface.
Keith's very best
This is his top-of-the-line gelatin silver photograph, and every print in the edition was created by the artist in his personal darkroom. Below are close-up images of the prints, but they don't capture the lustrous beauty of the Ilford paper.
